Ready to get started?

This is DeAnna’s favorite mineralizing enema recipe:

  • Boil 4 cups of water

  • Add 2 T of Coriander Seeds and/or one 6-8” strip of Kombu seaweed to water and let steep covered for 15-20 minutes

  • STRAIN out the seeds and the Kombu seaweed.

  • Add cold water to desired temperature (you want warm, not hot).

 

A Coriander and/or Kombu Seaweed tea is recommended for all doshas. It re-mineralizes, nourishes and strengthens digestive health.
