Study how the doshas affect each other—how they push, block, overflow, and invade the wrong channels—shaping disease progression.

The Subdoshas

Explore the physiological locations and roles of the Subdoshas, and how subtle shifts influence function, vitality, and overall balance.

Srotamsi – The Body Channels

A deep study of the body’s systems (respiratory, urinary, cardiovascular, reproductive, digestive, and more):
• root causes of imbalance
• pathways of movement
• points of accumulation
• openings for repair and healing
